Every patient is unique and so is their airway. Furthermore, intubation conditions can vary from the hospital bed to a fully packed ICU or to an accident scene where the patient is trapped inside a vehicle in a very critical condition. With the C-MAC® system, our mission is to give the users various alternatives, so that they can ensure the highest standard of patient safety. The system is suitable for routine clinical procedures in the OR, intensive care medicine and emergency hospitalization, as well as preclinical procedures using ground or air-based life-saving equipment. The system enables the users to secure airways under perfect vision. Together with various endoscopes, we offer the C-MAC® system with which the users can minimize uncertainties and risks, as they have the right tool available for every situation.
Just one system makes all the difference – C-MAC®!
Video-assisted intubation plays an important role in modern airway management. As a pioneer in the field of video-assisted endoscopic surgeries, KARL STORZ recognized very early the need to create a video laryngoscope. In the year 2000, we developed the first video laryngoscope – the ‘X-Lite Video’. The year 2008 saw the birth of the C-MAC® video laryngoscope. Since then we have developed various innovative products for the C-MAC® system and now we offer our customers a wide range of airway management solutions – from video laryngoscopes to premium class airway management systems. With the C-MAC® system, our mission is to give the users various alternatives, so that they can ensure the highest standard of patient safety.
We are delighted to be part of WAMM in Amsterdam this year and would be happy to introduce various airway management possibilities with a single C-MAC® system.
